Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Trio Review and Swatches

Hi Everyone.

I own only four Wet n Wild Trios and i LOVE them. 

They are highly pigmented except Cool As Cucumber. Wet n Wild
eyeshadows are my favorite drugstore eyeshadows.


Walking On Egg Shells

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and i'm in love with it. 

The first time i saw it in the makeup shelf i didn't like it that much.So i didn't understood why this trio was so hyped.

 I was thinking that 

why would you want to put pinkish eyeshadow 

in your lid for everyday use. But after 

couple of weeks i bought and i was pleasantly

surprised. I used this Trio every day this week.

Cool As Cucumber

I love the colors but they aren't that pigmented. I

especially love the Eyelid color which is this beautiful green

color.

 I still think that it's good trio because i love greens! AND 

i love the name of this trio i think it's just adorable.

Silent Treatment

This is the perfect smokey eye trio for me. You can use this 

trio in many different ways that's why i love it.

I love ( again) the Eyelid color which is this beautiful 

taupe color.

Knock On Wood

Not my favorite trio but i still like it. The 

middle brown is really nice for crease. 

Over all Wet n Wild trios are amazing. They are 

pigmented and they are cheap. Here in Finland they cost

6 euros ( about 8 dollars). I hope you liked my

New Name For My Blog

Some of you probably noticed that i changed the name of this blog from
Year of Nails to Year Of Make Up.
Why???
Because i love makeup and i also wanted
to do hauls and reviews. But i'm still gonna put nail stuff

Nails Of The Day: Stripy Lilac Flower Nails

Hello everyone!

I got bored painting my nails with only one color so

 i have started to do designs again. I was looking my nail polish 

collection and usually when i do designs i pick one or two colors

 i like and then i start building the design based on 

that/those colors. In this case i wanted to do design based on my

 Flormar Super shine Miracle Color  nail polish in U28.

 It's this lilac glittery nail polish 

I didn't want to do anything too time taking. So first

i only made flower using lilac and deep purple to my ring

finger and thumb.

After i did them i thought it needed more.

So i decided to make lines across my nail with deep purple.

H&M Nail Polish Review

Hey Everybody!

I'm not that sure in which countries H&M sells H&M Cosmetics/
 nail polishes but we have them in Finland. When i bought my first H&M
 nail polish i wasn't sure would they so good. 
Now i know that they are good!!!

 They are smooth and they stay on pretty well about 1week
. H&M has different "collections" and they come with these 
little or bigger bottles of nail polish. The little ones aren't good they dry up quickly and

 they aren't pigmented. But the ones which are in bigger

 bottles and are bit more expensive  are better.

That's the normal H&M nail polish bottle. That one is called 

Hun.t Me Down. It's this forest green nail polish. They are 

4€ here in Finland.7

Limited Edition Nail Polishes

H&M comes with Limited edition nail polishes every

3 months i think. There are 2 different ones. There is small

ones and bigger ones

.

The bigger ones are better. They are more

pigmented and you get more product 'cause they are bigger bottles.

The small ones aren't that good. Pigmentation isn't good

and they dry up quickly. 

So if you wan't to buy H&M nail polishes buy the bigger ones they

 are better than the smaller ones

My Nail Polish Wish List!!!

I was thinking what nail polishes i need? What colors i don't own? What colors i want?

After 30 minutes of thinking i thought i could do blog post of this so i did.

So nail polishes i need/want are black, coral, new top coat, dark blue, dark green, 

blueish lavender, nude and red glitter.

First one i found is from NYX and its muted lavender

I really like this nail polish color. It's not straight lavender. It has blueish tint to

 it that's why i want it so much. You can by it from ebay!

This one is from Sinful colors and it's red glitter.

I loove this. Seriously it's soo beautiful. I just want it so much.

Name of it is Red Ocean Glitter.

 And i want also because i don't own red glitter and this looked

like perfect red glitter!

This one is dark green from OPI

It's called Here today ... aragon tomorrow. I love OPI nail polishes

names. They are always so unique. About the nail polish

It's really pretty dark green, but here in Finland OPI

nail polishes are 16 euros ( about 20 dollars).

New Top Coat.

Seche Vite Top Coat!

This is propally the most hyped top coat EVER in internet.

Everybody loves it. And so do i. It gives this gel like finish. It dries fast

and it's just amaizing top coat. I have had it before. 

It's expensive for top coat 13 euros. 

Where ever you live how much Seche vite top coat coasts there.

This one is dark blue from China Glaze

I don't have any special reason why i want it.

 It's just really pretty and really dark blue. It's called Up all Night.

First i wanted dark blue from Essie called Bobbing For Baubles.

But it's limited edition so i didn't want to add it

to this list if i couldn't get it!

This one is nude one and it's also from OPI

.This one is called Tickle me Francey. 

I just really wanted nude colored nail polish

Something i could wear every season. Nudes is always great 

color to wear. 

I'm not going to add black nail polish 'cause i'm going to buy it

 from Wet n Wild and i don't feel the need to add it to this list.

Hard Candy Just Nails Nail Polish in Beetle Review

I'm going to review Hard Candy nail polish in Beetle ( like you didn't notice the title before =] ) I got this nail polish from Bethbr00tality from youtube. We don't have Hard Candy in Finland, but i hope they would bring it here. 

I really like this nail polish. I love how it changes color depending is it on it's own or is it on top of different colored nail polish. 

( Pinky: Depend neon orange, Ring finger: H&M Pink Summer,Middle finger: Wild&Crazy Erie, Pointer Finger: Depend Dark Purple, Thumb:Nothing else but Hard Candy Beetle )

So i tried it on top of 4 colors. I love it so much. Especially on top of pink, black, or purple. But it doesn't look that different but still i like this nail polish on top of different nail polishes. Staying power isn't great  without top coat. If i would have to give this nail polish rating of stars it would be 4 stars of 5! I definitely wan't more of these nail polishes! 

Total butterfly fail!

So i got these golden metallic butterfly's from ebay and i was thinking how could i use them.

 And i didn't wan't to do anything too time taking so i just painted my nails with pink.Then i put one coat of Hard Candy nail polish in beetle ( i will be doing review later of that nail polish). After that i put Flormar nail polish in U16 ( it's purple glitter with blue duo crohme) to tip of my nails. Then i made line between those two colors with dark purple from Depend ( it's Swedish nail polish brand). And after that i put one butterfly and two rhinestones ( one darker purple on lighter purple) behind the butterfly's. Last thing i did i put two coats of UV gel top coat on my nails. I like to put UV gel top coat 'cause then my nails lasts longer!
